Today is Cyber Monday, and Amazon appears to be pulling out all of the stops…here’s some information on just two areas of the Amazon website that should interest Kindle users.
Kindle Daily Deal
The Kindle Daily Deal is usually one book for adults and one for kids (teens or younger readers) that is significantly discounted for one day only. After the particular day is over for each book, it reverts back to its normal price and a new book takes its place to start the process over again.
Rather than one book for adults being marked down at a discount, they have marked down several thousand for a discounted price today. I’m not talking about authors you have never heard of before reading this post, but as I peruse the mystery and thrillers category I see books by well-known and best-selling authors such as Jack Higgins, Dorothy L. Sayers, and Stephen Coonts.

Other Cyber Monday Deals
This is actually an extension of the Black Friday deals, but there are more cool electronic things being discounted every hour and are available for a limited time (such as an hour) or until the stock runs out. Rumor has it the Kindle Fire will be discounted later today.
