Here is the book’s description from the Amazon website:

Vertical Gardening – Bountiful Harvest in Small Places was written by Don Evans, an avid gardener who enjoys things a little “different” in his garden. Designed to be concise and simple, with detailed plans and instruction on building Vertical Planting apparatuses from everyday materials found in any backyard and local hardware shop – and certainly won’t break the bank.

Inside you’ll find…

A look at the idea behind Vertical Gardening, whether as a focal point in an existing garden layout, or as a means to enjoy gardening in tight spaces.

  • Buying a Vertical Tower – the things to look for, and the additional items you may need.
  • How to build a Flower Tower – An inexpensive, easy to maintain and colorful item that will surely be the focal point in your garden, & the envy of all your visitors.
  • How to build a Strawberry Tower – Enjoy unlimited fresh Strawberry’s, and enough for the entire family, all from the harvest of just one of these beauty’s.
  • How to build a Herb Tower – Imagine enjoying the freshest of fresh herbs right from out your back door. No more dried herbs for you, after all nothing beats fresh!
  • How to Build a Vegetable Tower – Yes, you can grow vegetables vertically, but of course you have to pick your species. (Plan on buying your sweet corn from the market still – some plants of course aren’t meant to be grown in a tower!)
  • Building a Potato Tower – Turn a handful of seed potatoes into 20 lbs of fresh potatoes in an area of no more than two square feet!

Vertical Gardening – Bountiful Harvest in Small Places is great for all gardeners who are looking for ideas to brighten up an existing garden, maybe create awesome Flower Tower sentinels to grace a deck, or for those looking for some fresh herbs perhaps, but have limited space. The possibilities are endless.

Here is the book’s description from the Amazon website:

As an aspiring author, Bronwyn never dreamed she would be writing trite, sappy love stories for a traveling drama troupe. She longs to write a compelling novel, a story striving to emerge from deep inside of her as far back as she can remember. However, she is suffering from a lack of inspiration, resulting in the most severe writer’s block ever.
The reason — her fiancé, Ryan Reese, the fastest rising star in Hollywood, broke off their engagement, leaving her cynical, bitter and not at all thrilled about scripting any more love stories.
To add to the wreckage of her life, her touring bus breaks down on the way to one of the biggest venues of the summer leaving her stranded in the peculiar town of Moonshine and at the mercy of the town’s most prominent resident, the mysterious Travis Colton.
During her stay Bronwyn discovers a shroud of secrecy surrounding the small town and the eerie similarity of the people living in Moonshine to characters she created in a tragic story years ago. What she wrote in the past, is now reality that exist far beyond her imagination. As the days pass, she discovers that there is something quite disturbing at play in this peculiar town; something secretive and mystifying lurking beyond the borders of the woods. Secrets the town has kept hidden for over two-hundred years. Thus, her true adventure begins, as she sets out to uncover The Secrets of Moonshine realizing that the forbidden Travis is the guardian of the town’s secrets and the only key that can unlock the mystery.

    Hey Michael,

I’d like to see a positive book about Islam listed under the “Religion” category. We’ve seen plenty of Christian books, there must be something free out there with some decent reviews about Islam.

    Thanks in advance!
